Corporate morning or lunch time classes last 50 minutes and are designed to meet all levels of experience that attend the class. Pricing is for 10 people or less.

WHY PRACTICE MEDITATION IN THE OFFICE?

Meditation is a great way to reduce stress, calm the mind and heighten awareness. Meditation can boost morale and relieve mental and emotional strain. This is a great practice to add for employees as well as clients; it clears communication and creates compassionate environments.

  2. Each Student will need a blanket or cushion to sit on. For Yoga Nidra, a mat and/or blanket with pillow.

CORPORATE MEDITATION RATES

Corporate morning or lunch time classes last 30 minutes and are designed to meet all levels of experience that attend the class. Choose from yoga nidra (reclined) or seated meditation.
