Sacred Sundays : Awakening The 3rd Eye

In this Experiential Workshop we will explore the 3rd Eye; the multi-dimensional chakra of insight. Through ancient, intuitive practices we will re-awaken our connection to the brow center; the union of the masculine and feminine energies. Connecting to the 3rd eye is possible for everyone through practices of surrender and non-judgmental, conscious awareness. Through meditation, breathwork, yoga nidra, and the 3rd Eye healing crystal bowl, we will balance the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems; healing stress and fear reflexes.
