I love the softness of the clouds and the misty, grey beauty of a cloudy day just on the cusp of a rain shower. On my recent trip to Ireland I remembered what the fullness and beauty of the grey taught me.

This is true power. The ability to come home to yourself with love, honesty and compassion. The ability to access your own internal mother-father energy to guide you forward.

The layers and layers of self that have been pushed down/ignored for days, months, years, or decades. The noise that ever increases and turns into voices that seem to taunt you, are actually the stories of the pain that ails you.
