I truly hope that you are feeling harmonic and at peace in your heart. The holiday hustle and bustle is on it's way. It seems to creep up and hit all at once, leaving us floored! And then with such chaos having taken over, it seemingly comes to an abrupt end! Then we realize we missed the whole thing.

I have not found my center to be hard and immobile, nor have I found that a perfect state of harmony, as we see it traditionally, is normal and perhaps, even healthy?   In the past, I was a person who habitually and excessively put a goal, obligation or "should" ahead of my state of being. It still creeps up sometime today in seasons of great change.
