Stress & The Breath: My Story
I can remember at one point in my life not being able to breathe. Trying to breathe would literally bring up so much fear, anxiety and sadness. It felt like there were memories trapped in my tears I refused to release.
And if i did release, I was afraid I would explode. But I knew I had no choice or...I would explode. Or fade into robotic, life siphoning, dulling habits of coping.
