It’s the strong that are able to cry. Your strength is in your vulnerability. To feel is to heal and grow. Just know that the tears are natural for shifts like these; just do your best not to stay there and become identified with the tears or the fears. Do your best to remember that you are not the tears, not the stuff, not the fear and not the thoughts. YOU are the graceful being watching all of this phenomena unfold. YOU are the one who knows that you are thinking, crying, speaking. YOU are the divine force behind all of that. Remember this. Give your self the permission, space and quiet time to remember.
