Release Worry

Hello Dear One,
I truly hope your mind and heart are in a safe space.
If you feel down right now, practice this meditation to release any thoughts that no longer serve your path of serenity.
Sometimes not so savory thoughts come up that are simply remnants of what you were, how you moved and the energy you may have allowed in your life in your past.
When this happens, I see it as a question in my heart; asking me if I truly want what I have lovingly affirmed for myself. Or, I see it as my mind asking for deeper guidance or support to substantiate the transformation. Once I understand, I give my heart and mind what they need.
That could be a walk in nature, slowing down or practicing a meditation that helps me clear my mind and listen to the guidance of my heart. It could also be as simple as resting; doing absolutely nothing.
But also, compassionate intentions and patience can help you calm the heart and mind. With that purposeful intention, you can affirm that you will continue to give yourself the loving space and unconditional love you deserve.
How you meet yourself is key as energy rises and falls in any practice.
