You Are Never Too Much

This morning, I woke up hearing Luther Vandross singing," Never Too Much!"
I often wake up hearing songs pertaining to an idea I want to embrace, heal or release.
I am grateful to be at another level of embracing beauty, abundance, and resilience in the earth and in myself... Some of which I know is difficult for others to see.
At one point in my life, I purposefully dumbed down my joy and infinite abundance of love and insight to make those who couldn't fathom it feel comfortable. But that only lead to me being half of myself and distorting the way I interacted with people.
It was heartbreaking and made me want to draw inward in an unhealthy way.
But over the years, again and again, in the silence of meditation, I have felt a clarity so vast and limitless. It reassures me that my love, freedom, and zest for the rawness of life are not harmful but healing and acceptable in this limitless, harmonic universe.
And in moments of contemplation with the earth, staring at a blade of grass, I am told, " I am you, and you are me, touch a blade of grass and you touch the entire earth." This message comes to tell me that I am small, yet I can grace the entire earth with my presence of joy, compassion, peace...or whatever I choose... while standing still as an embodiment of nature. These words have brought rest to the depths of me when I needed them most.
Having leaned into that feeling of spaciousness, integration and oneness in meditation and contemplation, I now seek my life partners in the form of friendships based in the resonance of love and not my fear-based programs of ,"I am too much or not enough."
I feel like this is possible for all of us if we are willing to slow down and go inside.
Through our embodiment, we can attract people and places that exude the same intention of abundance instead of fueling our unsavory ideas about ourselves and life.
So this morning, I was grateful to hear the affirmation again
that my love, hope and outlook on my future is...
"Never Too Much! Never Too Much! Never Too Much!! Never Too Much!!"
And I hope that you give your heart permission, by fueling it with love in your own way, to surprise you with happy reminders to walk in the embodiment that creates abundance for you.
Thank you for reading and sharing my heart,
DeeDee
