I love the softness of the clouds and the misty, grey beauty of a cloudy day just on the cusp of a rain shower. On my recent trip to Ireland I remembered what the fullness and beauty of the grey taught me.

Each autumn season, I feel my heart reflected in the transformation that the land expresses to me. As if the whole of what I experienced in the previous year wants to be seen, heard and integrated. ....

At one point in my life, I purposefully dumbed down my joy and infinite abundance of love and insight to make those who couldn't fathom it feel comfortable. But that only lead to me being half of myself and distorting the way I interacted with people.

So I say that the mustard seed of peace you wish to experience is a pause away if you choose to give yourself the permission to stop.,,,

To give yourself the space to melt and transform in the midst of doubt, fear and the torrential rain of habitual thoughts is the greatest gift.

The pain, ache or yearning that feels like an enemy is ignorance…an ignorance that did not get the chance to experience the truth; which is Love.

It’s a time to reveal the depth of our death creating fear; the internal struggle of our weary minds, and the secret joys of our life manifesting hearts. If we do not, we face the same and the cyclical trauma get worse.

I once did not know that I was beautiful and thought it was arrogant to say it. I found my own beauty by understanding societal trends and cultural diversity. Once I understood that my size, color, lips and hair were, for some, a fad and a preference or even something to brag about, I decided I wanted to be more than a superficial concept...
