Healing Waters

I hope you are well....

And basking in the wellspring of your own kindness. Sometimes that is difficult to experience when it feels like inner turmoil is against you. But the first step to shifting the habit of self deprecation in the subconscious, is stopping in your tracks and giving yourself the space to breathe, cry or just be.

To some this may sound like a bold claim, but sometimes all your mind wants is a break from the excess movement we have learned to embrace without question.

Yes, your mind has a voice and it is connected to your emotional and physical bodies.

The gift of my work is to see people experience the brilliance of their body's intuition. I see this when people allow their tears to fall, the pausing to allow pain to melt and in the smiles and giggles that come when someone realizes that they activated their own peace...Yes, my peaceful presence helps, but without your yes, nothing substantial will come of it.

So I say that the mustard seed of peace you wish to experience is a pause away if you choose to give yourself the permission to stop.

No, it is most likely not the end of all anxiety, but when you give yourself permission to experience something one time and you allow it to make a profound effect through surrender, your heart will never forget it. Just like your first love. The release may prick and poke at first, but when you allowed yourself to surrender to its end, you melted into acceptance and found yourself again. And again the next time.

The activation of transformation is possible with any practice of being-ness; An embodiment that enables you to open up to receive your own guidance. Walking in nature, sitting in nature, meditation, deprivation therapy/floating and more, are great tools.

I created this Healing Waters Meditation to activate "beingness.". You will also receive the added support of the innate intelligence in your crown chakra, which is easily experienced in stillness.

I hope you enjoy it and I hope this meditation is a peaceful haven for you any time you feel called to use it.

From my heart,

DeeDee
