From My Heart To Yours

 

 This Yoga Nidra came to my heart from one of my supporters on YouTube. I am grateful for her honest heart and vulnerability. It is important right now to take time for yourself, away from any screen you own, to tap into the healing balm that is your heart.

It is my deepest hope that in the midst of the fear, pain and trauma that is surfacing, you find clarity and trust within.

 

I believe that there is a deep faith within us, as human souls, that cannot be shattered; as long as we allow ourselves the space to process our unsupported emotions. In that processing you can unearth a safe haven of loving wisdom. I hope this meditation helps you to nurture yourself in a sacred way.
